John G. Early Contractor & Builder, Inc. has provided a broad range of services to the custom residential market in the six towns on Martha’s Vineyard since 1975. While the majority of our work is the construction of significant seasonal and year-round homes, we are also available for your more modest building needs such as additions, renovations, kitchens, window replacement, screen porches and decks. Our large staff of highly skilled woodworkers enables us to take on building projects or virtually any description. We have extensive experience in working with well known architectural firms both on and off the island. We are very proud of our work that has appeared in publications such as Architectural Digest, Design New England and Vineyard Style.

To better address the caretaking and maintenance requirements of our clients we have formed Pyramid Property Management, LLC, an affiliate company that provides comprehensive management services to a limited number of properties on a twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week basis.
